After completing the complaint assessment Licensor Severson determined there was enough information available to indicate, more likely than not, due to inadequate supervision, and risk associated to child whom was identified having allergens, was repeatedly exposed to allergen foods, resulting in 3 separate incidents that contributed to child ingesting these foods, teacher not being aware, and child having allergic reactions following. ??
